pasted: i made it to the gabriela show. they were pretty good and got the crowd going. they covered metallica's one, and did a sort of cheesey version of wish you were here. otherwise i am not familiar with their stuff enough to really be able to tell the songs apart, being that every song is crazy strumming and such with two guitars. otherwise it was another beautiful day. it was just tough getting through the opening band.
These playlists are based on mixes that were made to combat the "music of today is dead" statements that most people make based on corporate radio listening. They are made only with songs from the 2000s and my goal is to never repeat an artist within a year of mix making (May 2007 to May 2008). Enjoy the music. I hope they restore your faith...
